2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for the modification of the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 5969 of 2025."

3. In the writ petition, the Khata No. was wrongly recorded as Khata No.27 instead of Khata No. 37 which resulted into the delay in approaching the respondents, for this inconvenience, the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.200/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. The Union of India has no objection.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, MJC No. 2467 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.200/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

6. The order dated 24.04.2025 in CWJC No. 5969 of 2025 in prayer portion is modified as under:

The writ petition has been filed for:- "Commanding the respondents authorities concerned to pay the compensation amount four times of the present market rate with interest etc. against land measuring 967 sq.ft. of the petitioner of Khata No. 37, Plot No. 49 (Part), Tauzi No. 5298, Thana No. 54 situated within Danapur Police Station, District-Patna. And the dues amount of 20% plus other payable amount for the land acquired from the aforesaid plot measuring 1079 sq.ft. as per
