2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 10 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/406/120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, from the order dated 21.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40832 of 2022, it appears that the entire work has been completed and the co-accused Gulabchand Choudhary has been granted bail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 10 of 2021.
