JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-02-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report (for short "the FIR") of Awtarnagar P. S. Case No. 24 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have perused the FIR as contained in Annexure- 1 to the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.529 of 2015 dt.01-02-2016 2/2 present application. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence.
