Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From possession of this petitioner a stolen motorcycle was, allegedly, recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2016. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Submission is that having similar allegation coaccused Subodh Kumar Pandit has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 50506 of 2016 on 24.11.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44390 of 2016 (3) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-IX-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur/Successor Court in connection with Siwaipatti P.S.
