JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 30-03-2017 Considering the fact that on inspection by the District Programme Officer finding some infirmity, if the contract appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled, no error has been committed by the learned Writ Court warranting reconsideration. The petitioner's right accrued out of the contract and once the contract itself is terminated in accordance with the terms thereof, it was not necessary for the Writ Court to interfere into the matter.

Accordingly, finding no ground, we dismiss the appeal.

With the above the Appeal is disposed of.
