The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 4593 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioners are brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of the complainant. The complainant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture.
Considering the nature of allegations and the facts that the petitioners are in-laws, the petitioners above named, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21192 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in Complaint Case No. 4593 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
