2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate cum Collector, Vaishali for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.
3. The writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate, Vaishali to look into the affairs of the concerned Gram Panchayat considering the allegation made by the petitioner that no PCC work was done in connivance of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11087 of 2023 dt.16-01-2024 2/2 Junior Engineer with the contractor and some of the members of the ward of the Panchayat who have misappropriated huge amount of public money.
4. The District Magistrate must take appropriate action after verifying the affairs of the Panchayat concerned and after conducting a personal inquiry by visiting the village namely Mahisaur where the road has been constructed proceed to take action in accordance with law.
5. The above exercise must be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
