The petitioner has earlier come up before this Court with a similar petition bearing Cr.W.J.C.No.370 of 2009. The petitioner has many grievances which could never be looked into by this Court as the police has its statutory duty to investigate the case and if it submits a final form, either finding the case true or otherwise, it has only to inform the informant about the result of the investigation.
The present petition appears not only frivolous rather an
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1240 of 2014 (3) dt.20-01-2015 attempt to waste the valuable time of the Court. The petition is dismissed.
