2. In this case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that the jail Administration of the different jails are not following the guideline prescribed by the State of Bihar in the matter of selection of Supply Contractor for supply of materials to the jail.

3. It has been submitted that as per the guideline, the process of submission tender has been prescribed to be on-line filing of application but what is happening that certain

The petitioner has also raised grievance in the present application that the tender is opened inside the jail and applicants do not get an opportunity to participate in the tender process, reflects bereft of transparency.

4. Let the Jail Authority follow the guideline prescribed by the State of Bihar in the matter of selection of Supply Contractor and it is expected that the tender should be opened in the office of District Magistrate in presence of all parties so that the transparency in selecting the Supply Contractor be maintained. The final result would be uploaded in web-site.

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
