"That, this \writ application is being filed for set aside the order dated 04.07.2022 passed by the learned Shobhana Tripathi, J.M.,1st Class, Sitamarhi in Complaint Case No. C1-1103/2021 whereby complaint petition filed by the petitioner against respondent no. 6 has been dismissed on the ground of no sanction order against Govt. Officer is available and further for direction to the lower court take up this case on day to day basis and

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1148 of 2022(4) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 disposed of the same within the time frame."

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision application against the order dated 04.07.2022 passed by the Judicial Magisrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in Complaint Case No. C1-1103/2021.
