Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Charge has already been framed in this case on 19.09.2017 and the trial of the case is proceeding in a very slow speed. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 02.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49415 of 2019(4) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 226 of 2017.
