JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that co-accused Rakesh Ram and Amresh assaulted to the husband of the informant with farsa when rests of the accused persons assaulted the informant. It is alleged against this petitioner that he dragged the daughter of the informant as a result her clothes got torn.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the daughter of the informant has not received any injury. The accusation of assault to the husband of the informant is omnibus and general when there is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Hathua (Gopalganj) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
