JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Itarhi P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that one Ajit Yadav was driving the Motorcycle. Petitioner and accused Mohan Pathak were pillion riders. Mohan Pathak has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 56711 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59550 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2nd, Buxar, in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
