Petitioner seeks bail in Manpur P.S. Case No.39 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. It is alleged in the written report that police apprehended one Sudhir Kumar Singh after receiving complaint that he is cheating the person in the name of providing job of Surveyor. Aforesaid Sudhir Kumar Singh disclosed name of this petitioner and said that he is working on behalf of this petitioner's firm Prerna Swayn Sevi Sansthan.

No.59863 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 It has been submitted that co-accused, Sudhir Kumar Singh, has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 30.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24705 of 2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 3rd, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.39 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
