The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 28 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 9, 29, 32, 39 (iii), 48 (ka) and 49 of the Wild Life protection Act, 1972. In view of the fact that one of the co-accused namely, Ramchandra Bind, father of the petitioner has already been arrested and has been granted regular bail by this Court. Considering the submission of the petitioner that it is not the petitioner, who has killed the animal in question and petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion.

Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
