2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the District of respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6 has wrongly been mentioned as Jamui in place of Lakhisarai in the cause title of this case and for correction of the same, an interlocutory application has been filed.

In view of the above, the interlocutory application is allowed and the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in the District of the respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6 as per the interlocutory application. Thereafter, the office/registry is directed to make necessary correction in the cause title of the case.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 29.04.2025 is modified to the extent that the para-wise counter affidavit shall be filed by Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai duly sworn by him and if the counter affidavit is not filed before the next date of hearing then the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai will appear personally in this Court on the next date of hearing.

5. List this case on 8.7.2025.
