Petitioner seeks bail in Patori P.S. Case No.398 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2017.
It is alleged that one stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that aforesaid motorcycle was purchased by this petitioner although transfer was not made. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that trial has proceeded and three witnesses have already been examined, but none has taken name

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Patori P.S. Case No.398 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
The petitioner will remain present on each and every date of trial and his absence on two consecutive date(s) without any reasonable cause will make his bail bond liable to be cancelled.
