Learned Magistrate has reported that case of the petitioner has been committed to court of sessions.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking nature of the allegation and again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and his prayer for bail in connection with Dharhara P.S. case no. 74/2011 stands rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
