Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 506/504/353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of a threatening letter received by the informant through registered post in which their names have been written. He submits that earlier also informant had lodged a case against father of the petitioner because of some official dispute between them. Petitioner no. 1

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62389 of 2021(3) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 is a student and petitioner no.2 is business man having no concern with official affairs of their father but informant who is BDO/CO has falsely implicated them. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Khagaria in Parbatta Police Station Case No. 435 of 2017/GR No.3540 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
