2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of S.T. No. 153 of 2021, arisng out of Korha P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B), 120(B)/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is accused of killing the deceased and is in custody since 16.02.2020.

4. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54540 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
