1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, XIth, Muzaffarpour, vide order dated 14.06.2024 passed in A.B.P. No. 4601 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
