Deceased, Vikas Singh during course of returning from the place of his sister, was intercepted by the accused persons, so named therein, at village-Laualagan Bazar on 13.10.2014 at 3.30 p.m., who made indiscriminate firing causing instantaneous death.

From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that none of the witnesses had pin-pointed any of the petitioners. Apart from this, two corresponding injuries caused by firearm have only been perceived by the doctor during course of conduction of post mortem. Other accused are also found bailed out at different

Accordingly, petitioners, Bablu Kumar and Ranjit Singh are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Ashok Kumar-II, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Chousa P. S. Case No.144 of 2014.
