Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 37(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Neither anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor there is any medical report to substantiate the allegations. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
