Although the petitioner who is an elected Mukhiya whose election stands questioned by respondent no.5 in Election Petition No.3 of 2011 has filed the present writ petition seeking direction to the court below to conclude the case expeditiously but after some arguments Mr. Bharti prays for disposal of the writ petition as not pressed.

The writ is disposed of accordingly.
