In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 148 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47, 53(B), 53(C) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. As per allegation made in the First Information Report, the police intercepted the motorcycle having big bag containing illegal liquor of Mc. Dowell and Bag Piper company. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Surendra Sah, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case
