Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Minapur P.S. Case No.553 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Ajay Kumar with the help of his parents and others enticed away his minor daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim left her house in the early morning and fled away with Ajay Kumar. There was love affairs between the daughter of the informant and Ajay Kumar. Petitioners have no manner of concern. Petitioners are father and mother of Ajay Kumar that is why the petitioners have been implicated in the case.

No.48658 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are father and mother of Ajay Kumar, who is said to have enticed away the daughter of the informant, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.553 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
