22-04-2015 An affidavit has been filed today by Sri Suresh Prasad praying that the order of this Court passed in this MJC Application being order dated 25.03.2015 may be recalled, inasmuch as he was not the officer who passed the order. The affidavit as filed on his behalf had certain typographical mistake which changed the meaning of what was sought to be said. Having considered the matter, in my view, a doubt does arise as to what was being said in the affidavit. In such circumstances, it may not be proper or in the interest of justice to allow continuance of my earlier order as noted above, in so far as direction to the Chief Secretary is concerned, for starting disciplinary

Patna High Court MJC No.521 of 2014 (5) dt.22-04-2015 proceedings. Thus, taking an overall view of the matter, the order dated 25.03.2015, in so far as the action against Sri Suresh Prasad is concerned, is withdrawn and vacated. These proceedings thus stand terminated and consigned to records.
