2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that informant was residing in her maternal house due to dispute in the matrimonial house and on 28.04.2025 at about 6:30 PM, she got information that all the F.I.R. named accused persons killed her son and tried to disappear his dead body which was later on recovered by the police.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is unfortunate father of the deceased. Informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. As a matter of fact, deceased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51743 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 committed suicide and since informant was living in her maternal house due to matrimonial dispute, she lodged this false and concocted case as a revenge. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P. S. Case No. 245 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
