The petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2019 in connection with Vaishali (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 889/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the IPC and Sections 30(a) & 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but from the motorcycle. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
