The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 325, 338, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of pelting stones, causing injury to the father of the informant and became unconscious. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are nephew of the informant and in the background of land dispute accusation has been levelled. It is submitted that for the occurrence of 08.09.2014 the First Information Report was registered on 2.11.2014. Subsequently, the informant has retracted from his initial version.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24793 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 Considering the delayed lodging of the First Information Report, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bangawn P.S.
