This is an application for issuance of writ directing the police authority to search out the victim girl namely Nittu Kumari, daughter of petitioner, who is alleged to have been kidnapped by the private respondent nos. 6 and 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl has been recovered by the police. However, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she has stated that she out of her own sweet will fled away and married with Abhishek Kumar @ Karu and now she is living

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.337 of 2014 (6) dt.06-05-2015 in her nandoi house because her parents were ready to married her with an old man aged about 45 years and her parents have filed a false. She has further stated that out of their wedlock she has a female child and she has attained majority more than 18 years and Final Form has been submitted disclosing as the mistake of fact.
