Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Sono P.S.Case No. 146 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 121A, 452, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the U.A.P. Act.

Petitioner is named in the FIR and it appears that a large number of accused persons have assembled and on the order of Sanjay Yadav they have assaulted the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and he is in custody since 9.12.2017 and other co-accused persons have already been released on bail vide order dated 9.8.2017 passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60732 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Cr.Misc.No. 35596 of 2017 by this Court and vide order dated 19.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 42308 of 2017 by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S.Case No. 146 of 2016, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
