2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 21 of 2022, registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, on 14.02.2022 at about 4:30 P.M. when the informant was returning to his house after marketing, coaccused Dharmlal Sah armed with iron rod abused him and on his order, the petitioner assaulted him on his head with Farsa. Co-accused Dharmlal Sah assaulted him on his arm and waist with iron rod. Co-accused Jageshwar Sah assaulted him with Lathi. Co-accused Tara Devi, wife of Jageshwar Sah, snatched

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. Though the injury on the arm of the hand of the informant is found to be grievous in nature, but the other injuries are simple in nature, which shows the injuries attributed to the petitioner are simple in nature.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 21 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
