JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 448, 376, 511, 323, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per the written report of the informant is that the petitioner entered inside the house of the informant and attempted to commit rape on her .

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is delay of 13 days in lodging the F.I.R. Further submission is that petitioner and informant are neighbours and due to land dispute this false and concocted case has been lodged by the informant and now the parties have also compromised the dispute.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.50551 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks and the court below is directed to verify the submission with regard to compromise between the parties and if it is so, the court below shall release him on bail on furnihshing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount, otherwise, the petitioner will have to surrender and pray for regular bail. This application is, accordingly, disposed of.
