This application for regular bail arises out of Lakhisarai (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2021, disclosing the offence punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/18 of the POCSO Act.

From the allegation made in the FIR, it appears that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of commission of offence of rape of a minor girl. The petitioner has criminal history, as is evident from the statement made in paragraph-3 of the application. I have deliberately avoided to mention in detail the nature of accusation against the petitioner as emerging from the FIR, in the present order.
