1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126, 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2-4) and 3(5) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged by the informant that her brother-in-law (dewar) and one co-villager was fighting and when the informant's husband went to pacify, the accused persons assaulted him with lathi, danda. Petitioner is alleged to have given sped blow on the back side of informant's husband.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and only to harass, all the family members of the petitioner have falsely been

Case and counter case and the prosecution party being aggressor having brutally assaulted petitioner's brother causing injury for which Mohanpur P.S Case No. 28 of 2025 has been lodged by mother of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is student of 12th Class and has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Prakash/- U
