At the end of the day good sense had prevailed upon Mr. Lokesh Kumre Singh the successor Collector of West Champaran, Bettiah who now has appointed the petitioner keeping in view the directions given by this Court. This Court, therefore, will not like to record anything more in this regard but would expect Mr. Sridhar C. the then Collector of the District to be more careful in future in complying the orders of this Court. This application is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall be given all those benefits except payment of salary which has been given to Serial Nos. 10 and 11 of the panel
