Petitioner is accused in connection with Muffasil (Gaya) P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
