Vide order dated 08.12.2022, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court. Perused the Mediator's Report at flag 'A'. Learned Mediator has reported that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties is also attached with the Mediator's Report.

In view of the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees
