2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 141 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased was recovered and subsequently, during investigation, the petitioners have been arrested.

3. The petitioner no. 1 has confessed his guilt that he has killed the deceased because the deceased was having an illicit relationship with the petitioner no. 02, who is the mother of the petitioner no. 01.

4. Bricks and woods etc., used in the killing of the deceased have been recovered from the house of the petitioners.

5. The allegation against the petitioner no. 02 is of having participated in the disposal of the dead body of the deceased and both the petitioners are in custody since 13.05.2024.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner no. 01 (Ankit Kumar) is the assailant of the deceased, this application is dismissed with regard to him. So far as petitioner no. 02 (Anita Devi) is concerned, she has not participated in the killing of the deceased and therefore, this application is allowed with regard to her.

7. Let the petitioner no. 02, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VII, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned Court below in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S.
