Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 616 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 364A, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. In this case charge has already been framed. Similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58382 of 2018. petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.09.2017.
