Petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura P.S. Case No.238 of 2018 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused but no stolen motorcycle is recovered from the house of the petitioner. One owner book of a stolen motorcycle bearing Registration Number BR-43D-3348 is alleged to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 14.05.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.
