The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent. Petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law, petitioner nos.2 and 3 are brother-in-laws and petitioner no.4 is sister-in-law (Gotini) of the informant.

No.16532 of 2021(6) dt.27-06-2022 2/3 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the notices were issued on the informant, who was added opposite party no.2 by order dated 06.01.2022 by both modes and despite receiving the ordinary notice, the informant did not appear, though a chance was given to her by order dated 09.05.2022.
The learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are separate in mess and property from the husband of the informant and they have been implicated merely because they are related to the husband of the informant. It is next submitted that the informant even after receiving notices has not appeared that in itself shows that she is not interested in pursuing the case against the present petitioners.
Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.1350(c) of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16532 of 2021(6) dt.27-06-2022 3/3 2010, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The application stands allowed.
