Vide order dated 22.02.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional bail and case diary including the injury report was also called for.

From perusal of the case diary, it appears that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature. Considering the fact that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature, the provisional bail granted vide order dated 22.02.2022 is hereby confirmed.
