2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Ruapuli P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned APP for the State has filed an affidavit on behalf of the State in which it has come that the alibi of the petitioner is doubtful.

4. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted the shop of the informant and took away Rs. 15,000/- from the shop.

6. In these circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

7. The petitioner must surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.

8. If such a petition is filed in the court below for grant of bail, then the same may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.

9. The interim protection granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.08.2024 is hereby vacated.
