Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
According to F.I.R. Pappu Ram, the co-villager of the informant, disclosed to the informant that the petitioners had fired causing death of the two sons of the informant. He further disclosed that other 8 to 10 persons were also firing.
