Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 413 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 38(i), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to the high handedness of police. As a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovered articles. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 18.07.2018.

Case No. 413 of 2018.
