Patna High Court CWJC No.7898 of 2022(3) dt.01-12-2022 2/3 ORAL ORDER 01-12-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Zila Parishad, Supaul.

For redressal of his grievance, the petitioner may represent himself before the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Supaul thereafter the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad will consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.

The Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad will examine the facts of the case and if it is found that the petitioner is the settlee of bus stand and he is not been able to collect money through toll-tax from the bus stand because of the criminal activities of outsiders, then appropriate order may be passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad. The Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad will also calculate the loss, if any, and appropriate compensation which may be payable to the petitioner.

Till the application of the petitioner is decided, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner for recovery of any amount which may be due to the Zila Parishad, Supaul. The representation must be decided by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad within four weeks of its
