JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. None has seen the actual killing of the deceased. The name of petitioners surfaced in this case on the basis of suspicion as there was land dispute between the deceased and petitioners. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga
