Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

43 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner and co-accused. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2019.

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
